About Madjaz Ideas
Madjaz Ideas wasn’t born in theory—it was forged through over two decades of hands-on experience in manufacturing and cross-functional leadership. Founder Lori Driver has worked every layer of the supply chain: from sewing sleeves, packing boxes, sorting material to managing warehouse operations, processing payroll and benefits, implementing quality assurance protocols, and leading environmental, safety, and sustainability programs. Her work spans the gritty realities of frontline operations and the strategic oversight of enterprise-wide initiatives.
She’s not just familiar with sustainability—she’s engineered it. Lori led the design and rollout of a centralized waste and recycling system across more than 800 operational sites, including manufacturing plants, warehouses, and retail locations. The initiative aligned departments like production, finance, legal, sales, communications, and logistics under one scalable framework—creating new roles, SOPs, and measurable cost savings.
Her operational acumen extends beyond sustainability. From reorganizing warehouses to increase material flow rates, to building cross-functional systems that actually work on the ground, Lori brings a rare blend of empathy, precision, and systems-thinking to every engagement.
At Madjaz Ideas, we help businesses waste less, save more, and build responsibly. Our consulting is rooted in lived experience and designed for real-world impact—transforming sustainability from a buzzword into infrastructure.
